이용약관.

1. 서비스

이 사이트는 연맹의 표준, 인증 결정의 공개 등록부, AIFD 식별자 확인 서비스를 제공하며, 접수 중인 제도에 따른 신청을 받습니다. 등록부는 실제로 이루어진 결정을 반영하는 정보 서비스이며, 해당 결정의 공식적인 공개 정보를 제공합니다.

2. 기록의 의미

등록부의 기록은 결정이 이루어졌다는 사실과 현재 상태를 나타냅니다. 인증서는 결정이 내려졌다는 증거이며 현재 상태를 입증하는 자료는 아닙니다. 현재 사실을 보여주는 것은 기록 페이지와 그 상태이므로, 모든 인증서는 등록부로 연결됩니다. 기록이 없다는 것은 연맹이 해당 식별자로 결정을 공개하지 않았다는 의미일 뿐입니다.

3. 식별자와 표장

AIFD 식별자, 인증서 번호, IFAIFPA 명칭, FF 심벌, 연맹의 표장은 계속해서 연맹의 재산입니다. 이 사이트의 어떤 내용도 조직, 작품, 개인을 인증·인정·증명받은 대상으로 표시할 수 있는 사용권을 부여하지 않습니다. 정지, 취소, 만료되었거나 꾸며낸 자격 증명을 유효한 것으로 제시하는 행위는 허위 표시이며, 그에 따라 처리됩니다.

4. 허용되는 이용

출처를 명시하고 내용을 변경하지 않는 한 등록부의 사실 정보와 표준에 링크하거나 이를 인용·복제할 수 있습니다. 표장이나 배지를 위조·모방하거나, 상태를 허위로 표시하거나, 서비스를 방해하거나, 의미 또는 최신 상태를 오인하게 하는 방식으로 등록부 내용을 재게시해서는 안 됩니다. 확인을 위한 자동 접근은 합리적인 범위에서 허용합니다. 대량 접근은 스크래핑이 아니라 문서화된 인터페이스를 통해 제공됩니다.

5. 보증 부인 및 책임

서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 연맹은 중단 없는 이용 가능성을 보증하지 않으며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스의 이용 가능성을 신뢰하여 발생한 손실이나 제3자의 기록 오용으로 발생한 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 책임을 제한하지 않습니다.

6. 준거법 및 관할

이 약관에는 벨기에 법이 적용됩니다. 연맹 사무국이 브뤼셀에 소재하므로 브뤼셀 법원이 전속 관할권을 갖습니다. 어느 조항이 무효로 판단되더라도 나머지 조항은 계속 유효합니다.

이 약관의 변경 사항은 새로운 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 공개합니다.

1. The service

This site publishes the federation's standards, its public register of accreditation decisions, and a verification service for AIFD identifiers, and receives applications under open schemes. The register is an information service reflecting decisions actually taken; it is the authoritative public view of those decisions.

2. What a record means

A register record states that a decision was made and what its current status is. A certificate is evidence that a decision was taken; it is not proof of current status — the record page and its status are the current truth, which is why every certificate links back to the register. Absence of a record means only that the federation has published no decision under that identifier.

3. Identifiers and marks

AIFD identifiers, certificate numbers, the IFAIFPA name, the FF symbol and the federation's marks remain the property of the federation. Nothing on this site grants a licence to present any organisation, work or person as accredited, recognised or certified. Presenting a suspended, revoked, expired or invented credential as valid is misrepresentation and will be treated as such.

4. Acceptable use

You may link to, quote and reproduce register facts and standards with attribution and without alteration. You may not forge or imitate marks or badges, misstate a status, interfere with the service, or republish register content in a way that misrepresents its meaning or currency. Automated access for verification is welcome within reasonable limits; bulk access will be served by a documented interface rather than scraping.

5. No warranty; liability

The service is provided as is. The federation does not warrant uninterrupted availability and, to the extent permitted by law, accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on availability or from misuse of records by third parties. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
